Some Ideas for New Year Goals and a Free Ticket to the Quit Sugar Online Summit

Published 4 months ago • 1 min read

I'm so sorry for the lack of communication lately but there have been some big changes in Heal Nourish Grow land. I'll do an update later but in the meantime, I really want to get back to my weekly newsletter updates.

Today I posted a new podcast episode with some ideas of how you can improve your health in 2024. Please take a listen or watch it on my YouTube channel and let me know what resonates with you and how I can help! While you're checking those out, please subscribe to both?! One of my goals for 2024 is to produce more YouTube content and I'd love to hear what you'd like to see there.

Quit Sugar Summit

I was asked to participate in the 2024 Quit Sugar Summit this year and feel very honored to be included with such an amazing group of speakers. There are so many doctors and experts sharing their knowledge this year and you can get in for FREE just by using my link. I had a very interesting conversation with Mike and he had me tell the story of my 14 tumors and commitment to battling cancer through nutrition and fasting.

The summit starts January 8th so register now and learn all kinds of things that will help you on your wellness journey. It's not just all about sugar!

Podcast: Binge the Latest Episodes

Please go over to iTunes/Apple podcasts and subscribe, this really helps the podcast so much even if you don't always have time to listen. Then if you click to "listen on Apple Podcasts" there will be a link on that page to leave a review. Of course, five stars would be amazing :) and it's one of the best ways you can help support the podcast.

I'm long overdue for a deep dive into this topic, but in the meantime, I'd like to share the basics optimal protein consumption so you can start to incorporate and benefit from it. If you're trying to improve or optimize your health, the real amount of protein (according to experts) you should be...

Knee Therapy Well...my knees have been a problem for over 20 years now. After I finally stopped running in 2010 and committed to healing, I was mostly pain-free despite severe osteoarthritis for years. Unfortunately, I had a bad sprain January 2023 and since lifting again, my knees have been VERY cranky (quite an understatement.) So why am I telling you this? I've been testing two things that have been helping me reduce pain and recover. Although ibuprofen is still effective for me, I'd...
